We accept projects on rolling basis throughout the year. Project criteria are listed in the CP Brochure. Projects are screened by the Community Partners Steering Committee and then once accepted, the CP Director and a member of the steering committee schedule a meeting with the potential client to review the project scope in more detail and explain how the CP program operates. Every project once initiated will have an Engagement Letter signed by both the client and a member of the Community Partners Steering Committee that clarifies the probono consulting relationship and the scope of the work to be done.

Projects are then announced to HBS alumni via the website, the monthly club newsletter and direct mailings. Alumni then choose a project of interest and volunteer to join a team. We make an attempt to staff every project we accept!
